Sub: Application for permission to give the flat on Leave & License

Sir,

am the member of Nisarg Kiran Co-op Hsg. Society Pvt. Ltd. holding Flat No. ………………and

I propose to sub-let the person named hereinafter under an agreement ( Copy enclosed) under the
following circumstances that I am required to go out of the area of operation of the Society under
conditions of service /on business proposition /my prolonged illness. The duration of my absence from
the headquarters will not be less than ……......Months. I cannot continue in occupation of my flat during
the period of my absence from the headquarters.
Note: State any reason to justify your inability to occupy the flat.

I undertake legal proceedings against the licensee on my failure to secure vacant and peaceful
possession of the flat from the licensee on expiry of the original or extended period of license and make
payment to Society if Society is required to incur any expenditure on legal proceedings to back the
possession of the Flat.

I also undertake to pay all the charges to Society every month within the stipulated time without any
excuse, from the date I part with the possession of the flat , till I get possession thereof. I also undertake
to pay non-occupancy charges at the rate fixed under Bye-law 43(C) during the period mentioned
above .

I request you to please grant the necessary permission to give my flat on leave and license basis to the
person herein above mentioned for the period of and ………………….. Months. In case it becomes
necessary for me to extend the period of Leave & License of the flat. I shall submit the application for
extending the period of Leave & License, well in advance of the expiry of the original period with the due
justification for extending the period.

I am aware that being a Nominal Member, I have no rights or privileges as a Member and can not claim
any share in any form in the profits or Assets of the Society..

I have gone through the Bye-Laws of the Society and undertake to abide by them with any modification
the Registering Authority may make in them. I hereby undertake that I shall be liable for payment of all
outgoings of the Society.
