    will be on contract basis for a period of three years with possibility of regularization after completion of 3 years

    the Electrical Maint. Division estimation,   tendering   and   billing   of   new 
    airconditioning   work   including   central/package/ 
    split/window  air­conditioning;  maintenance  of  the 
    same   air­conditioners;   computer   applications   for 
    the   air   conditioning   job;   electrical   power   supply 
    and control of air­conditioners; energy efficiency of 
    air­conditioning.
    2. Junior Technical Superintendent in  1 (reserved for SC) M.Sc. Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, 
    the Deptt. of Biosciences &Bioengg.  Biotechnology with some relevant experience.
    3. Junior Technical Superintendent in  1 (reserved for OBC) M.Sc.   in   Physics/Chemistry/Instrumentation   OR 
    the Deptt. of Earth Sciences B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry with minimum 2 years 
    experience   in   Spectrometric   methods   of   Material 
    Analysis   OR   M.C.A.   with   one   year   experience 
    preferably   in   Spectrometric   methods   of   Material 
    Analysis.
    4. Junior Technical Superintendent in  1 (reserved for OBC) B.E./B,Tech.   in   Mechanical   Engineering. 
    the Deptt. of Mechanical Engg. Desirable:     Good   communication   skills   for 
    conducting   laboratory   classes   and   tutorials.    Job 
    description:     Candidate   is   required   to   assist   in 
    conducting   laboratory   classes   related   to   fluid 
    mechanics   and   fluid   machinery,   maintain   all   the 
    experimental   set­ups   required   for   conducting 
    laboratory classes, assist post graduate and research 
    scholars in building experimental set­ups, maintain 
    computers (hardware and software) existing in the 
    laboratory,  maintain   all   the   records   of   equipment 
    and consumables of the laboratory.

    (Programmer) in Application  Computer   Engineering   or   B.Sc.   in   Computer 
    Software Cell Science with 2 years relevant experience or MCA 
    with one year experience.  Candidates should have 
    good experience with JAVA, JSP based computer 
    applications.   Candidates having job experience in 
    software  development  related   to   accountancy  and 
    with longer experience will be preferred.

    1. Pay Band :     Rs.9300­34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/­.  (Total emoluments on the 
          minimum of the pay band is Rs.25945/­ including HRA).

    2. Age limit :      35 years for OBC & 37 years for SC (relaxation as per rules)

    3. Applications with full particulars quoting advertisement No.F­62/10­11 together with a Demand Draft of 
    Rs.50/­ (No application fee for SC & Woman candidates) drawn in favour of Registrar, IIT Bombay 
    payable on SBI, Powai, Mumbai and copies of certificates/testimonials, caste (in case of OBC, latest 
    non­creamy layer certificate is essential) etc. should reach the Registrar, IIT Bombay, Powai, Mumbai­

    4. Fulfilling minimum qualification may not ensure interview call letter.
