    Advance on signing/ accepting agreement 50%

    Prices are exclusive of duties, taxes, sales tax, and other govt charges
    3 Duties & Taxes etc., and buyer shall bear all the charges in case of levy/ applicability/
    payment of all government charges.

    4 System warranties
    • NO warranty / 1 Year warranty
    5 Delivery Time 18 months after confirmation and advance Payment.

    Any special request for Electrical and/or Structural upgrates or solutions


    Additional
    6 outside of the standard scope of work will be charged per actual for

    materials and labor.

    On cost O & M service including below conditions:


    Solar cleaning services will be provided during working hours 9AM-

    6PM, twice a month.

    Operation & • Service includes system maintenance

    Maintenance Cleaning and observing the system methodology and

    • Any damage excluding warranty parts will be charged
    • Cleaning cost will be charged @ 600 PKR / Light.
