    Hierarchy Of Management:

    Accounting:
    .In Centre of Women Developers, all the bills and payments of day to day services &

    products and monthly services& products are recoreded in computer with relevent softwere.

    Which can also reducse human error, not much time consuming. By going this way,

    company get to know eralier about profit or loss which may it can face, so it staratgize plans

    accordingly.(strength)
    Finance:

    To run business activites, providing funds, investments or purchaising are all

    included in the process of financing. Finacing basically allows companies to buy products or

    we can say launch products or services out of thier immidiate reach. All assets of the our

    business are propeerly managed and recorded also in the financial statment of the

    department. Our all finance are self based. (Strength)

    but Self based finance is not possible all the time, some time we have to face issues regarding

    fanance and finaial problem as well. If we have t invest more budget, may be then we have to

    get loans. (weakness)

    1. When we started the centre of women developers, there were not much information

    we have about what kind of services and procuts would be best puchaised by

    customers, and we as honors were just at the risk of making investment of those

    equipments and products that may not necessary and may not have returns on

    investment in the short run.(weakeness).

    2. Women developers is located in very busy location which is expected to boost more

    subscription as it taps clients from the neighbourhood. (strength)

    Human Resouce Managment:


    Memebrs of an organization, who are responsble for managing all kinds of

    employees’ matters and collectively represent resoucrces which are valuable for the

    company. Our HR team hires right person for providing services affective and with efficieny.

    (strength)

    But at very bigining we even dont have enough experiance in hiring. So might we get wrong

    hiring and untraind people.(weakness)

    Recruiting and training:

    Phsycially fit trainner are more important for us, also health nutritions, for the purpose

    of satisfying our customers with our best services. To keep up the customers troust on us, it is

    very importent to give proper tainning to new workers, because with trainned workers we can

    meke sale effective.

    Technology development:
    As today is the era of technology, so taking advantage of it, we keep all busniess data related

    to services, products, billings, profit montly, losses montly by using MIS in computers.

    Advantahe of using technology is to be systematice and organized. ( strength)

    Many people didt attend our classes because they got everything from youtube in free of cost

    .they didn’t want to pay for that services .there are many yutube channels that are giving this

    services in free {Weakness}

    Procurement:

    We follow the regular procedure to purchais new machineries to make innovation in

    our services and products. There's no doubt that purchasing new exercise equipment might

    put a strain on your budget; yet, there are numerous advantages to investing in new

    equipment for your gym. A warranty is also included in the purchase, which will help you

    protect your investment in the long run.

    Primary Activities

    Primary activities are very important for adding value and creating a competitive advantage.

    Inbound logistic:

    . All the products which we provide our customers and services specially in Yoga and self

    defence training are conducted under professionally trained instructors. They always try to

    teach new techniques of physical fitness and self defences and provide good suggestion about

    healthy diets to make our costumers consistent to our centre. (strength)


    Operations:

    . We always give fair opinion about diet plans to satisfy our customers. We never

    recommend them to use proteins for getting fit earlier.as we go fair with our customers to

    make them comfort with our centre, we not get much profit by selling our products like

    portions and supplements. (weakness)

    Other sub- operations at Women Developers:

    Redesigning the infrastructure such a partition, floor work, repairing machineries, and buy

    new equipment which necessary after every six months. This process makes our centre

    update to get more customers. (strength).

    On daily basis floating from floor to make suitable for various aerobics, muscle conditioning,

    step and yoga classes.

    To make marking batter, we hired a web designed to build a website, which used as

    marketing platform, information and booking. Clients are able to use website for making

    appointments with specific trainers. (strength)

    Women developers also run a program that harmonized training programs for all instructors

    and trainers. All instructors are hired to a basic contract to ensure their actions which reflects

    the company’s best interest. Although it is difficult to find a perfect an energetic instructor all

    the time. Which can be reason to down fall. (weakness).

    Outbound logistic:

    Storing and moving the end product and relating information which flows from

    production ends to end user. At centre all instructors are devoting to their duties to interact
    customers in their duty timing.to keep in contact with our customers we have provided them

    online services during covid-19.

    Marketing and sales:

    . Centre of women developers have websites, social media pages, for marketing their

    services online as well as physically (strength).

    We use social media marketing to target our clients.it help us to reach our customer in

    less cost {strength}

    Services:

    In Pakistan there are not much of organization, who work to make women defensive

    for themselves and energetic as well. So, we are in that as a big lions f this institute in the

    market. (strength).

    To keep the product work effectively for their customers to whom it is sold is

    included in serves. In centre of women developer, we provide best environment with proper

    physical activities for our customers. Women developers provided services such as initial

    consultation and screening, as well as private and group training sessions. each client's own

    individual and personalised fitness plan, provide guidance on life, fitness, and lifestyle, as

    well as weight-loss programmes. (strength)
