Advantages of Exercise Side Heading (Underscored & Initial Caps)

Everyone heard about the statement, that is “Use it or lose it?” It is true. If

you do not use your body, you will surely lose it. Your heart and lungs would not

function, your muscles will become flabby and weak, your joints will be stiff and easily

injured. Therefore, regular exercise is important. Paragraph Heading (Underscored & Period)

Exercise helps prevent diseases. Our bodies were meant to move; they

actually crave exercise. Regular exercise is necessary for physical fitness and good

health. It reduces the risk of getting heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure,
1.5” diabetes and other diseases. It can also improve your appearance and delay the

aging process.3 Footnotes

Exercise improves quality of life. Once you begin to exercise regularly, you

will discover many more reasons, why exercise is so important to improve the quality

of your life. It reduces stress, lifts moods and helps you sleep better. It can keep you

looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life.4

Exercise improves stamina. When you exercise, your body uses energy to

keep going. One of the exercises chosen by many is aerobic. Aerobic exercise

involves continuous and rhythmic physical motion, such as walking and cycling. It

improves your stamina by training your body to become more efficient and use less

energy for the same amount of work.5

agak perlahan apabila seseorang mengalami tekanan.

kortisol. Hormon kortisol berlebihan dalam badan menyebabkan tahap gula dalam darah

tidak teratur dan punca diabetes.
