The document discusses an experiment analyzing the relationship between current salary and beginning salary in employee data while controlling for factors like age, education, job category, and work experience. The null hypothesis is that there is no significant relationship, but after analyzing and partially correlating the variables, the results show a positive, moderate and significant relationship between current and beginning salary when controlling for other factors.

EXPERIMENT 8
Exp: -- In Employee data (from sample) find out the relationship
between current salary and beginning salary after controlling the effect of age, education, job category & work experience. Ho – There are no significant relationship between current salary and beginning salary. Step – Analyze →Correlate →Partial →Put Current and Beginning salary into variable column and Education, Employment, previous Experiment into controlling column →Click OK.
Interpretation: --From the correlation table we can observe that the
Pearson Correlation value for current and beginning salary is (0.660) and for which obtained (p) value is (0.000) which is less than critical value (0.05). So, we conclude that null hypothesis got rejected and there is a positive, moderate and significant relationship between current and beginning salary after controlling the effect of employment category and previous work level experience.
