All my expenditures are worth my money because these are the basic needs of my family, and for
my studies so that our daily lives become better. At this time of the pandemic, my priority should
be the health of my family and myself as well as our mental health to protect ourselves from the
threat of coronavirus and to make us more resilient in dealing with trials in our lives. Every day
I'm faced with life situations where I have to choose or decide. Some of these options are easy for
me because I already know what I should choose or prioritize. Sometimes it is also difficult for
me because I have to think about it carefully or requires a deeper level of thinking, and these are
life-changing decisions, shaping me into who I am now and my future.
Processing Questions:
I think about it carefully, gather all the relevant information, such as researching and talking to people
who have knowledge of my problem or situation, make sure that my action doesn't hurt anyone badly, and
carefully weigh my options, and probable outcomes.
The people who influenced my decision-making skills were my parents and friends. When I make
decisions, it is sometimes unavoidable to seek advice from someone else. I take their advice to figure out
which one works best. Another one that influenced my decision-making skills were the past experiences
that gave me life lessons or knowledge about life and information that I received from a book and read on
online websites
I think I usually make better decisions alone because when I'm alone, I think more clearly, and I also
notice the other side. I also ask for help when I feel I need it or when I'm confused because by
consulting others, we also gain a lot of knowledge, information from an experienced person that
helps us to make a better decision.
4. In your experience, when you’re working on a group project, do you make the most decisions or do you
prefer to step back and follow someone else’s guidelines?
I usually listen to the decisions or opinions of others, but if I have something I can add to their ideas,
I also suggest to them my own opinion.
5. In areas under General Community Quarantine, many have opened business establishments amidst the
rising cases of Covid-19. However, health protocols are being implemented to ensure public safety so that
usual business transactions continue. Our economy is badly affected by this worldwide health crisis but life
moves on, citizens are caught in between working for a living or staying at home for safety health reasons.
What is your stand on this?
We can’t control everything that happens to us, but to adapt and learn to move on with life because
no matter how much we are struggling now, the world will not stop spinning to accompany us. It will
keep spinning, so we need to go along. We must have the courage to face life's problems and trials
and not lose hope that we can overcome all our problems. The pandemic crisis is not an obstacle to
continue and rise again to deliver service to our community and family. But we must remember to
follow safety precautions so that we can be safe, as well as our family.
Processing Questions:
1. How did you find the activity? What were your thoughts and feelings while answering?
I found the activity interesting because I have learned new things. Things that might help me in
making good decisions in the future.
2. In making a decision, what are the things that you need to consider?
In making a decision, it is good to consider whether the choices are good or bad so that we can
choose the right and appropriate, not only for our own good but also for the good of others. The long
and short-term impacts of my decision on myself as well as on others.
3. Who are the people that mostly influence your decisions? Why?
My family and my friends. They are the people who give me good advice about life and always there
for me, especially when I'm having a hard time. I admire their resilience in life that influences me to
keep moving forward and be resilient in life.
Yes, the COVID-19 pandemic also affects my every thought, decision, and action at every moment.
