Puan Rozita bt Ibrahim or called as Bonda Rozita is one of the successful entrepreneur in
Malaysia who successfully ran a company known as Sendayu Tinggi. She was born at Sungai
Besar Selangor, however she was raised up at Felda Palong 7, Gemas Negeri Sembilan. As
the eldest children in her family, she understood very well the burden of her family’s
hardship life because she was raised in middle-level family. Before becoming a well-known
entrepreneur, she used to work as a rubber tapper to support their financial. At the young
age of 18, she went through a lot of challenge and hardship. In 1997, with a capital of
RM400, Bonda Rozita started a business in generating new formulation and want to see the
potential of traditional herbs and acceptance in society in Malaysia. In 1999, he managed to
open a company. Her experience working in the plantation sector have found her various
groups of foreigner who are proficient in medicine from Lambok, Acheh, Maduruse, Batak
and pattani around 1987. From that it help broaden her knowledge and interest in the
development of medicine that was derived from herbs. Her income from that sales of her
own formula was not much but still profitable than her salary as a worker at property firm.
According to Bonda Rozita, past experience make her more eager to keep moving forward,
as the saying goes by Bonda rozita “hina besi kerana karat, hina manusia kerana melarat”,
and her world today gives one satisfaction. What she enjoys today differentiates his
personality then and now. If in the past she was only able to cry and pray, it is the nature of
women, but now she is able to fly high and achieve what he wants. With his success and
enthusiasm. Now Sendayu Tinggi currently has 9 subsidiaries under it and also has an herbal
processing plant for traditional products from SENDAYU TINGGI MANUFACTURING (M) SDN
BHD. The secret of her success is there are poisons and drugs in anyone and it is up to us to
choose them and she hold on to honesty and sincerity which is spiritual feast in business
and life.
