Importance of education & training

Modern society demands high quality teachings and learning from teachers online. Teachers have to
possess a great deal of knowledge and skills with regard to both teaching and assessment practices in
order to meet those demands and standards of quality education using education technology.

Training addresses weaknesses and strengthens existing talents. People who have received
sufficient training see improved skills, greater competency and increased confidence in their abilities.
These people are therefore able to perform better in their life & job and also produce a higher standard
of work.

Current scenario of education & trainings demand in Pakistan

• The history of education & trainings in Pakistan starts with the establishment of the country.
However, this area has been facing various challenges such as lack of consistent policies,
inconsistency in curriculum, low resources, lack of quality teachers, low quality of teaching
process, lack of standards etc. Today, a range of public and private institutions are engaged in
online education & trainings, preparing learners through online courses in the real time using
modern education technologies.

• Education & training is an ever evolving multibillion dollar industry around the globe and
without a doubt a backbone of worlds many leading economies. With the right mindset and
tools you will be able to make the right decision which can impact many people around you.
Pakistan has shown some of the amazing numbers in the economic facelift for development.
One of the great examples is the rapidly growing boom in online education & training platforms.

• In Pakistan, like many other countries, education & training institutions are the main source for
human development through on/off campus education services as well as pre-service and in-
service training programs. However, many studies have raised the questions on the quality of
online delivery mechanism of the education & trainings. Hence there is still big room for training
companies to partner with public & private educational institutions and deliver up to the
standard online education & trainings, in order to uplift educational & life standards of people.

The Role of Edutrainia:

4. A platform where educators and trainers can sell their skills individually or in groups online.
5. A platform where individuals can also group together to form coaching academies or tuition
centers or schools or training academies online by creating contacts.
 6. Profiles of individual trainers and educators will be uploaded.
7. Learners will see their profile and apply for courses, watch demo video/live video streaming.
8. Edutrainia shall charge course fees and monthly or annual landing rent fees from
educators/trainers/consultants/academies.
9. Learners will deposit their fees to Edutrainia account.
10. When courses are complete up to the satisfaction of learners then Edutrainia will disperse fees
among trainers and educators.
11. Learners and educators/trainers shall accept terms and conditions of Edutrainia.
12. This platform will be open to all educators and trainers in any field and from any part of the
world and in any language.
13. In this app educators/ trainers will first register into the category and country or region of the
world, where they are seeking learners from.
14. In this app learners will also first register into the category and country where they seek
teachers and trainers from.
15. Complete record of course materials, videos may be kept by Edutrainia so that incase of any
dispute justification is made to reach to conclusion.
16. We shall also provide evaluation and monitoring services to maintain high quality in online
education.
17. We shall also provide regulatory and intermediary role at this platform.
