    IMPLIMENTATION OF A SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE FOR PIN WIRE ASSEMBLY” for duration of 4 months from
    January to April 2018.

    ABSTRACT:
    In the company, process of operation involves inserting the pin wire into hose-nut assembly was carried out
    manually. The aim of the project was to build a special purpose machine to satisfy the requirements of the
    operation. An automated technique was developed to increase its accuracy and precision. The proposed design
    was said to reduce the operation time for the batches by 50%.
