JOB DISCRIPTION:
• In (JK TYRE) my work is to handle all Sales and Service responsibilities related to tyre under Sales
and Technical department based in Vzag location I have to lookafter 5 districts. providing sales and
service for dealer counter, distribution counter, fleet customers and performing service related
training programs at dealer counter, doing service related project works to give feedback to r&d
department on performance of the product.
• In TVS AUTOMOBILE SOLUTIONS my work is to Appoint sub dealers under company and
dealing with MICHELIN Truck tyres in Vijayawada and Kadapa location
• My job description in CEAT LTD is to sell the newly arrived test tyres from ceat r&d department to
the customers through dealers and distributers and by direct fleets also I am dealing with (truck, lcv
,pcr, two whelers and farm segments ) and I have to track up each and every test tyre and know about
the performance of the test tyre and take feedback from customers and make a report on that and
send it to my higher officials in (R&D) for this I have to meet each and every customer two to three
times in a month. and I have to check worn (nsd) of the tyre and its (psi) maintenance and hardness
details of test tyre and its physical appearance and then I should give some suggestion to customers
based on the tyre condition. and also take feedback from customers about their experience with test
tyre . if test tyre has failed I have to find root cause why the failure has happened .and I have to
calculate (cpkm) of particular customer who is using our tyres and compare to the existing
competitive tyres of customers and send that data to r&d ,and I have to collect mileage data of newly
launched tyres from competitive brand and compare them with my company tyres and make a brief
report on pro and cons
• I have to find new fleets in market and propose test tyres to them and based on performance I have
to convert them from other brand to ceat brand by regular tracking of test tyres .
• I have to make a survey on sales potential in my (RO) of compitative brands in market and sell the
test tyres in that area where we have degrowth in our sale.
• I see after service also (any complaints from test tyres will come to me for evaluation) and I should
check the tyre and give approval or rejection bases on claim warranty of particular tyre
• Finally my target is to develop the quality of our product by regular test tracking and taking feedback
from customers and to increase sales in my territory
• In (MITHRA HONDA) my work is to sell two wheelers vehicles from honda and to do service
advisor job on another hand I use to sell 70 to 100 vehicles every month and its my target also given
by company
