RECOGNITION AND AWARDS OF LEARNERS DISTRIBUTION ACTIVITY

I.RATIONALE:

The occurrence of the COVID 19 Pandemic has deferred practically most of the activities in the school
including the Graduation and Closing Program which is the avenue for giving the awards and recognition
certificates to graduates, moving up learners and achieving pupils for the school year.

Although the closing activities for the end of the school year rites were suspended, the school
stakeholders and learners agreed to award the medals and certificates of learners informally following the
standard health protocols of the government. A house-to-house and cluster based giving of medals and
certificates to learners shall be conducted to allow learners receive their long awaited awards and certificates.
This activity will strictly follow the health protocols like social distancing, wearing of mask and faceshield.

II.OBJECTIVE:

To award the certificates, medals ribbons and special recognition certificates to all deserving learners
and parents observing standard health protocols.

It is a way of appreciating the learners and parents’ efforts and achievements for finishing their
academic requirements for the school year.

IV.PROCEDURE:
Destination of the different areas of Baguio Gold, Tuding, Itogon, Benguet. Teachers will reach the
learners house to house for the distribution of certificates, medals, ribbons and special awards to the deserving
achievers, completers and graduates together with the parents. Addressing actions like receiving of certificates
and medals, picture taking and others following all safety precautions such as social distancing and wearing of
mask and face shields.

VI. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:


Documentation and terminal reports of the distribution of awards and recognition medals and certificates
shall be monitored and evaluated by teachers and school head through the attendance of parents, stakeholders,
teachers, achievers and graduates.
