2. From the management, result-driven, practical, and inspirational strategies

implemented by Bezos at Amazon.com, which struck you as something worth
imitating? Explain your answer.

-Jeff Bezos struck me the most with something worth imitating . He explains
that one strategy for effective entrepreneurs is to decide what they are good
at and to look for a business market that requires that expertise . The other
choice , Bezos said , is to figure out what customers need and accordingly
hone your abilities . Amazon , which had never been in the tech industry
before , followed the second Kindle route . E - books needed e-readers , so
one that customers loved was created by Amazon . " You have to be willing to
be misunderstood if you 're going to innovate " " Put the customer first . Invent
. And be patient . " " Life is too short to hang out with people who are n't
resourceful " " It 's the right business decision to experiment more " " - JEFF
BEZOS
