READING COMPREHENSION

HOW I BECAME A BLOGGER

I was born in the UK and my parents are from New Zealand. I’m
25 years old and have just finished University.
I am interested in nutrition so I’ve this website because I want
to provide a resource for those people who can’t come and see
5 me one-on-one. My intention is to share all the healthy food I am
cooking up at home on it.
I really don’t see the point of writing endless blogs about the
“dos” and “don’ts” of eating – I want to show people what to
cook and how simple, delicious and nutritious food can be so, every week I design original recipes that
10 are easy to prepare and I share them online.
I have a degree in Naturopathic Nutrition and I am qualified as a nutritionist. I am not currently
taking on clients but will be.
I hope above everything that my website communicates my central belief: that with every bit of food
we eat we are influencing how we look, feel and think.
15 This is why I think healthy eating should be a way of life, not just a fad or phase.
Please feel free to ask questions on the blog, to share your stories and send pictures of your recipe
creations. I am so interested to hear how other people are getting on and learning to glow from the
inside out!
