MORNING TEA
1 cup green tea
BREAKFAST

1 Glass palak(Spinach)smoothie palak smoothie recipe -

Dinner

150g green veggies (bottel gourd,cauliflower,cabbage.) *In b/w if you feel hungry,you can use add
100g brown rice (cooked).can make khichadi *Drink 5-6liter water for male or 4-5liter w
