● Onboarding
o Responsible for completing the Onboarding formalities: offer release,
statutory forms, darwinbox onboarding (HRMS tool), non-disclosure
agreements.
o Acting as a consultant to new employees
o Assist the Talent Acquisition team with providing an excellent new employees
experience throughout all steps of the onboarding process.
o Welcome new employees’ upon their arrival, give them an office tour and
make them feel a part of the new organization.
o Create and update content for the onboarding portal, ensuring it’s up to date.

● Induction
o Explaining the company policies, procedures and guidelines to the new
joiners.
o Craft and send emails with information about the company and position,
including work schedules, dress code, referral options.
o Conduct a knowledge check quiz of new joiners for proper understanding of
company policies and accordingly make changes in the Induction.

● Recruitment
o Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed
candidates for assigned requisitions.
o Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

o Conduct Phone, Skype, Zoom and/or in-person interviews

o Actively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and
future business needs
o Organized hiring email campaigns through email marketing platforms like
MailChimp.
o Social Media campaigns to increase Brand Visibility and attract the right
talent.
● Induction/Orientation/Separation Management
o Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining
formalities .
o Orient them through Buddy programs.
o Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
● Administration Activities
o Handled administrative activities like arranging I-Card, Visiting Card, Login ID
etc
o Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file,
personal database, etc.) of each employee.
o Ensuring timely Reimbursements of Employee’s Business Expenses
o Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as
per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

Internship Topic- Study on the Recruitment and Selection Process
● This project focuses on increasing the knowledge about the recruitment and
the selection process followed in Net Solution.
● An exploratory research study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire
to 25 employees of Net Solution of different departments, different job profiles,
and different number of experiences in the company. The objective of the study
was to find out the satisfaction of the employees with the recruitment and
selection process of the company.
● The answers given by the respondents were analysed and interpreted to come
to a suitable conclusion. On the basis of the same response’s recommendations
were made which the company can follow to improve the recruitment and
selection process. The project also focuses on the interview process followed.
● Maintained employee record file maintained.
