why I was not able to write a notice of absent that time due severe inflammation of joints in my ankles which resulted to not

WHEREAS, the PROPOSED SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL is very essential and a timely urgent need of our school

The Barangay Calawag is one of the established Barangay of the Municipality of Taytay. Calawag
National High School is located at the entry point 2 km before Barangay Calawag with a circumferential
road back to Poblacion passing different Barangays of Taytay. The present location of our school is bounded
by forested and mountainous area. Calawag National High School is located at Sitio Del Monte, Calawag,
Taytay, Palawan. It is situated in the Northern portion of the Province of Palawan approximately 185
kilometers from the Province Capital. It has a total land area of 6,289.25 sqaure kilometres, bounded on the
North and West, by North Barangay Bantulan, on the East by Paly and on the West Barangay Paglaum and
South Barangay Magsaysay of Municipality of Dumaran.
Our barangay is almost 11 kms from Bato National High School a Senior High School Center, 28
kms from Central Taytay National High School and almost 15 kms from Dumaran Mainland National High
School, Dumaran, Palawan bounded in the Southern part of Calawag.
Enclosure to Deped Order No. 51, s. 2015, the Calawag National High School upholds the goals of
the K-12 Program and to the Mission and Vision of Department of Education for the betterment of the
young learners and every Filipino.
In view of our deepest desire to implement Senior High School here in Calawag National High
School, Taytay District II, we would like to request in your good office to lend us your approval to open
here in our school so that all our Junior High School Completers will continue their Senior High School with
less burden. . In five (5) year time that some of our Junior Completers did not continue in Grade 11 because
of certain reasons. We come up with this plan to address the necessary needs of our completers and parents
as they experiencing hardships in terms of financial constraints, safety and security in sending their children
to a far distant Senior High School from our area. After assessment conducted, we are offering Academic
Track specifically General Academic Strand and Technology Vocational Livelihood (TVL) specializing
Cookery for females and Small Engine and SMAW for males..
Attached herewith is the PTA, Barangay Resolution and other documentary requirements for the
issuance of permit to open the Senior High School Program.
We are looking forward that making this plan realistic will be beneficial to our young learners,
parents and other stakeholders.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE NEW NORMAL CLASS

MODULES
Narrated by: MARBERT B. GARGANZA
September 25, 2020 I went to Sitio Caroroyto go to Baras, Taytay, Palawan to

distribute the self-Learning Modules of my advisory. At xactly 7:00 O’clock in the morning I
rode a motor vessel ( Banca ) going to the abovementioned place, along the way with my
colleagues, we decided to go first at Sitio Calabucay one of the sitios of Calawag. After
distributing the modules, we hurriedly proceed to Barangay Baras.
We have reached the destination at 10:00 O’clock in the morning. We were assisted by the
Barangay officials headed by Hon. Eriberto Flores their Barangay Captain in dealing with
the parents of our advisory. The process of distribution was successfully done.
We extended our warmest thanks to the parents and most especially to the officials who were
assisted us in distributing the modules. We left the place at exactly 3:00 O’clock in the
afternoon.
