Analysis

There are different factors for fitness that rely upon our wellbeing which are actualized through the
game of step high impact exercise for example, adaptability and solid perseverance. Strong continuance

grouping this is gainful in light of the fact that the succession will be 2 minutes so the customer won't be
drained. Likewise, adaptability has a similarly significant job in step high impact exercise as it is
associated with moves, for example, the hamstring twist and knee lift.

In addition, some aptitude related wellness factors incorporate force and parity, Force is clear through a

range for muscular strength and endurance 30-42 where my client achieved a total number of 37 where
he showed that he is capable of being within the same range of the average range of muscular strength
and endurance, rather than that he was able to show his level of coordination as it was very impressive
since he scored a 50 in 30 seconds as he was doing jumping rope, rather than that he showed potential
in his speed and agility where he achieved an impressive score in the 40 meter shuttle run as it was 9.85
seconds, as for the final test which was the flexibility test he achieved a total average of 31.0m which is
excellent for a person in his size.
