Rules& Regulations

Applicability
he Rules&Regulationsherein shall be applicable to Associates of Tech Mahindra Ltd. (the Company)
who are underg oing or scheduled to und
ergo Enty Level Integrated Training and Enablement (ELITE).

Attendance
1 Attendance dunin training pernod should be 100%
2 f an ELITEian does not fulfil the attendanoe criteria, neces sary disciplinary action would be initated

against the defautng ELITEian by issuing a Waming Letter/ mail

3 If anyone remains absent consecutively or non-consequently for 3 working days without

informing the Learming Officer/ELTE manager and without genuine reason, then such cases will
be treated as absconding cases and shall be referred to HR for further action.

Definitions
Test
Assessment, online/wnitten/oral/practcal or otherwise conducted at the sole discreton of the Company to
which an ELITEian is subjected to, on completion of each training module. (Hereinaf ter referred to as
Test)

Evaluation

Technical
1 ELITEian must score minimum 70% in comprehensive integrated test conducted at the end of

Foundation as well as Stream specfic modules. Refer Annexure A for foundation and steam specific
modules along with evaluation methodology
2 ELITEian wll get max 2attemptstoclearthe comprehensive integrated Test/Case Study/Capstone
Project

General

ELITEians should contact nominated Leaming Ofioer/ ELITE manager in case of any quenes
2 ELITans woud be aligned to specfic stream leamings post successtul completion of foundation
modues and bass the business unit requston or as per the organization requrement No change in

stream leaming will be entertained

3 ELITEIans can also post ther operatonal quenies on Telegram group Postng greetings. forwards
personal chatng on ths is group is sthdly prohibited If anyone faund violating this provision, strct
action will be taken against concemed ELITEian

 4. During ELITE program, on receipt of any communication from the Business Unit (BU), an
ELITEian must inform the Leaming Officer / ELITE manager before acknowledging the
communication. Acknowledging or reporting to the BU without approval from the Leamingg
omicer/ ELITE manager woud call for a strict action against ELITEian.
5. ELITEians must adhere to the given leaming schedule, complete all the leaming modules,
assignments, case study and/or capstone project in a given sequence and timeline
6. ELITEians are required to adhere to Tech Mahindra dress code noms in office as well as in virtual
meetings. Nonadherence to this would result in necessary acton in reference with the HR department
(Refer to Company Dress Code policy on HR site - Twingo-> Human Resource-> HR PolicyT)
7. Use of mobile phones or any other communication device during test/retest is strictly
prohibited. If anyone found violating this provision; the case would be considered as a copy

case and discontinuation of services action will be initiated. Mobiles during the sessions should

be in silent or switched off mode Any violation will be viewed seriously.

An ELITEian will be recommended to HR for discontinuation of services in the

following cases:

1. If overall training percentage including integrated tests, case study I capstone project (wherever
applicable) is less than 70%

2 If failed in cleaning the integrated tests /Case study/ Capstone project in attempts
adopting unfair means (induding copying, violating proctoring rules) during traini ng
sessions,
3. If found
