(please keep the eyes closed, remain in the meditative posture with the mudra through
out)
Please have deep and long inhaling and exhaling through the nose for 3 times.
At the Swadishtana chakra region, please be aware of water element 10 (water falls /
lake, etc) in the back ground of orange colour 9 (may be muddy water, river bed,
etc) and also corresponding water element in your body like blood / fluids; sexual
organs, kidneys and urinary system 11 and visualize that these organs are functioning
well, your taste sense 13 improves and vyana vayu 14 / blood circulation, nerves
system is functioning well
Please visualise white Crocodile 15, Lord Vishnu 16, Goddess Rakini or Saraswati 17 and
worship them to solve your problems (however without any disturbance in your
meditative posture)
Please chant the Manta “VAM” 18 mentally, without making any sound
(e.g.) A little child playfully makes frequent attempts to go out of it’s mother’s control.
But the mother always keep her eyes on the child and untiringly makes all attempts to
bring the child within her safe control. While meditating, whenever your mind wanders
away, like the untiring mother, please bring in your wandering mind under your control,
i.e. concentration/meditation.
While meditating, please remember/be aware of as much attributes (of the chakra) as
Please first meditate on the Mooladhara Chakra (1st Chakra) for about 5 minutes and
thereafter meditate on the Swadishtana Chakra (2nd Chakra) for about 5 minutes. Then
again meditate on Mooladhara Chakra for about ½ minute and then wind up the
meditation.
