     Good morning teachers and guys, Mi name is Diego Benitez, today I will explain about the
    Lake Titicaca
    Ok. We start with….
    o The history
     Where is?
     This place is located in the central Andes
     How tall is?
     This lake is 107 meters deep, with an altitude of 3,812 with 3
    million of years
    o The typical foods
     Which are? (Good, we have many typical foods but these are the main
    ones)
     Thimpo
     Chairo
     Caldo de cabeza Among these meals we have a base
     Ingredient such as chuño and quinoa
     Pesqe
     Huatia
    o The celebrations:
     What celebrations do we have? (Here we have some celebrities)
     The virgin of Candelaria
    o They are parties that are pure dances in the street
    o This festival is characterized by the different dances that
    are dances by faith to virgin of Candelaria
     Output of Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo
    o They leave the lake Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo of the
    lake symbolizing the sunrise
     Farmers Day
    o Day where the peasants are remembered for giving us the
    peasants
     Feast of the holy land
    o Celebration where the land is thanked for the crop’s
    thanks with offerings such us:
     Wine
     Alcohol
     Coca Leal
    o The typical Dance:
     We have 5 typical dances in the others
     Sikury
     Pandilla Puneña
     Diablada
     Tundique
     Carnaval de Ichu
     These dances are symbolic of what happened fisting in his past
    antecedents
    o Curiosities:
     Lake Titicaca ahs 5 main islands and a chain of islands called, the Uros
    islands
