Teaching interns are placed in the real world of work called Cooperating Schools.
They are placed under the tutelage of the expert teachers in the school community.
The Cooperating Principal has expectations of and from prospective teachers who
are placed in their school for teaching internship.
The role of the cooperating principal is to oversee the effective implementation of
the teaching internship program. The orientation with the Cooperating Principal is a
must for him/her to discuss the school’s policies and procedures to be followed to
foster harmonious relationship with the wider school community

Given the chance to become a principal someday, what qualities / attributes


must you possess?

Being principal is not just easy – it composed of perseverance, courage,


honesty, kindness, readiness and more qualities and attributes to become an
effective and efficient principal. If given the chance to become a principal
someday, I must possess the qualities that effective principal has. Principal is
the brain of an institution it provides the school reliable information and wise
decision making. As a principal, I will be informative to the school faculty,
staffs, and students. Providing them a quality services that they deserve makes
the foundation of the organization strong. This means that the roles of the
principal in school have a huge impact to its overall performance. In addition,
principal must possess good communication skill for the school to be well
organized and mannered.
