Describe your favorite part of the day.

Different people have different preferences as far as their favorite parts of the day are concerned.
Some prefer early morning, while the others like afternoon. But, my favorite part of the day is
“morning”.

The early morning is somewhat different than the other parts of the day. It is quiet, refreshing
and allows me to plan for the remaining day. This is the ideal time to exercise, eat a nice and
light meal, think about important issues, and plan for the whole day.

I daily wake up at 5 am. After getting refreshed I go for a morning walk. I do it for 45 minutes.
During this, I enjoy the peace and calmness of the morning. The soothing temperature makes it
worth enjoying. Chirping of birds and the mesmerizing view of sunrise enhances its beauty. I
can keep away my tensions and start the day the way I want it to be. Then, I come back to my
home and have my breakfast and a cup of tea. After that, I spend 2 hours at study. It is really
advantageous for me as that time my mind is fresh and I can easily understand and remember
what I study. It becomes really crucial for me, especially during exams. At that time I have to
revise a lot of things that I can do better in morning. Apart from all this waking up early provides
me extra hours to complete the necessary works. I can also spend that time doing the things I
like. Moreover, I can easily plan about the things that I have to do and how much time I should
allocate to those.

All in all, it offers me plethora of benefits that is why I really love this part of the day.

Describe a time when you had to sing a song or a poem in front of public.

A person faces many situations in which he has to perform something in front of public. Usually
it starts in childhood when he has to sing some songs or poems among the relatives and friends. I
have also encountered this situation myriad times. Here, I would like to talk about one such
occasion when I recited a poem in front of my schoolmates in childhood.

When I was in kindergarten a poem recitation competition was organized in my school. It was
compulsory for everyone to participate in it. My teachers worked really hard to prepare all
students for participation. They taught many poems and we practiced them for almost two weeks.
Eventually, the day of competition arrived and each learner went on the stage as per his turn.
They all were really excited and confident. Finally my turn came, however when I went on stage
I got a little nervous. My teacher handled the situation. She cheered me up and I sang the poem
beautifully in front of everyone. Surprisingly, I won that competition and got a prize. I felt really
happy.

So, this was the time when I recited a poem among many people. It provided a huge boost to my
confidence.

Describe a rule you did not like in school.

Schools have different types of rules that every student has to follow, whether he likes it or not.
No doubt they are really essential as they help to maintain discipline but students generally do
not like all of them. My school also had many laws which learners did not like at all. Here I
would like to talk about one such law.

The rule was related to recess. In my school, students during the recess were not allowed to leave
their classrooms. It was believed by my school authorities that when all students come out of
their classes it becomes really difficult to manage them. As per them, learners got involved in
some mischiefs and fights that cause many problems. Therefore, they framed this rule. However
it had a deleterious effect on the students. Since recess provides an opportunity to pupils to relax
and get rid of the stress that has developed on their mind due to continuous classes. But this rule
deprived everyone from this opportunity. It impacted the overall performance of students as well.
No one was able to focus on their classes after recess. After reaching home instead of doing
revision and homework pupils focused on taking rest owing to being extremely tired. It led to
decline in the overall performance. If any student violated this rule he had to face many
repercussions, in the form of fines and punishments. Nevertheless, due to many complaints from
parents, this rule was finally withdrawn. I felt really happy to listen that.
Describe an e-mail you received lately.

Well, I do not receive too many letters or emails as I generally communicate with my near and
dears using my mobile or other social media apps. But here I would like to talk about an e mail
which I received almost 3 months ago.

One day I was playing a video game on my mobile phone and a notification popped up. When I
read the notification I got very excited. It was from my school/university. Actually, I gave my
graduation/ 12th standard exams almost 6 months ago. A few days after my exams a nationwide
lockdown was announced in my country under the threat of coronavirus infection. Due to this, all
the educational institutions were closed. It led to a delay in announcement of my result. Honestly
speaking I was really worried at that time because some of my exams did not go well. Also, this
result was extremely important for me since the options that I could choose for my further
studies depended on it. Finally, I opened that e-mail and was very happy to know that I had
passed in all subjects with good marks. I broke this news t my parents, they were also very
delighted to know this.

Overall, it was an important email that helped me to get rid of stress and decide for my future.
