TATSULOK
On the other hand, the song "Tatsulok" addresses the country's
poverty as a primary cause of armed conflict. This is a reference
to the social pyramid hierarchy, in which persons with a higher
social status are at the top and those with a lower social status
are at the bottom. The song demonstrates that while a few elites
continue to live in luxury, most people continue to live in
poverty. Another clear message conveyed by the song is that our
justice system in the Philippines is skewed and in favor of those
in positions that have power and wealth. Our country's problem will
not improve as long as we do not demonstrate sufficient respect and
treatment for one another. If such discrimination against the poor
persists, anarchy would ultimately emerge due to flagrant
violations of human rights.
The central themes of both songs, in addition to their
respective musical styles and genres, are corruption, cultural
disparities, and prejudice in the status of living people.
Depicts the continual upheaval, particularly in our nation,
because a situation like this has remained unsolvable from that
time till the present. Additionally, these two songs
demonstrate the way Filipinos live. This country's problem,
which the government and people are unable to resolve because
they continue to participate in this type of conduct. And I can
state that it is a society disease that is unlikely to be cured,
even if you wish it were.
