    On Joining

    Role- Trainee
     CTC- Rs 4,41,000/- per annum
     Training- Rigorous performance reviews during 1 year traineeship
     On successful completion, you will be absorbed in the company

    Post Absorption

    • Designation- Assistant Manager Band & Level – O2

    • CTC- Rs. 5,75,000/- per annum

    Individual Performance Linked Variable Pay


    • Variable salary- Business Performance Linked Variable Pay (Depending on the
    Business Performance)

    • Total Salary- 5.75 LPA + Variable Pay

    Service bond- Rs. 1,25,000


    • Time period- 2 years (Applicable for one year of traineeship and one year
    thereafter.
    2) Remuneration and service Bond (Engineer+MBA)

    On Joining

    Role- Sales Trainee

    CTC- Rs 4,89,000/- per annum


    • Training- Rigorous performance reviews during 1 year traineeship
    On successful completion, you will be absorbed in the company

    Post Absorption

    • Designation- Deputy Manager Band & Level – O3

    • CTC- Rs. 6,00,000/- per annum

    Individual Performance Linked Variable Pay


    Sales / Service Incentive Scheme
    (Potential to earn as per the scheme of the respective businesses)

    • Variable salary- Business Performance Linked Variable Pay (Depending on the


    Business Performance)

    • Total Salary- 6 LPA + Variable Pay

    Service bond- Rs. 1,40,000

    • Time period- 2 years (Applicable for one year of traineeship and one year
    thereafter.

    Elligibility criteria

    Academics- No gap in studies during Academics

    10th, 12th, Graduation & Post Graduation should be Full Time

    Percentage of Marks required-


    SSC- 60% & Above
    HSC/Diploma - 60% & Above
    Graduation- 60% & Above

    • Post- Graduation- 60% & Above with no standing backlogs

    • Job Location             :           We are looking for Candidates who are mobile and
    willing to re-locate anywhere in India
    • Post Corporate Induction the placements will be done in any of our Businesses
    based on Business requirements.
