1. Make your profile visible as OPEN TO WORK - Recruiters only.
2. Simplify your headline from your exact title to a common title.
3. Add 50 skills relevant to the jobs you want, to your profile.
4. Request 2-3 past or current co-workers for a recommendation.
5. Connect with 5-7 people with jobs you want, per day.
