Introduction

Mazoon Dairy is one of the region's most innovative and creative dairy companies, selling the
best dairy products and also having the best-in-class offices and equipment, which deals with
cow draining and item bundling and stacking to build a strategic organization that ensures that
new items safely arrive in Omani town. Also included are environmental and cooperative
business capabilities. Oman's leading dairy enterprise has been upgraded to Mazoon Dairy Co
(SAOC) by OFIC since 2015. RO 100 million was invested in the enterprise, with a 50/50 debt-
equity mix. OFIC has pledged a hefty 20 percent of its resources to the cause. The features of
this project are coming up next. In 2017, there were around 4000 cows on the property. Oman
might become a net exporter of dairy products in 2040 if net (Imports-Exports) is negative.
Oman's economy will benefit greatly from the job. When combined, the ranch and processing
factory can produce 1 million liters of dairy products per day, with room for 25,000 cows.
According to Oman's method for food independence, this is a step in the right direction to
develop fresh dairy that can be sold to customers within a few hours of its birth. In Al Sunaynah,
Sultanate of Oman, a new dairy and juice manufacturing facility has been built. The goal is to
gain Oman's allegiance by producing enough dairy for the Sultanate's needs. It intends to lower
the country's import tariffs, which will in turn lower the cost of goods. When they can purchase a
product that comes from local plants, people are happy to do so. Ten years down the road, it
intends to compete with the Gulf states for worldwide recognition and worth. "Rozenberg S,
2015".

Literature Review

In addition to fresh milk, Mazoon offers chocolate, strawberry, and banana milk, as well as a
variety of juices in a variety of flavours. It's a well-known beverage firm that aims to make
clients feel at ease and learn about their devotion and dedication to the brand.

Among the topics being discussed are client loyalty, everlasting fidelity, transparency in business
and the quality of the product's content. It is possible to determine how much the dairy business's
goods have met the needs of the public from the vantage point and intellectual viewpoint of a
food industry customer. The purpose of this essay is to examine the relationship between
consumer loyalty and customer unwaveringness, product knowledge, corporate seriousness, and
other aspects that influence consumer pleasure. The authors (Suchánek and Krlová, 2019)

Customer satisfaction is of the highest importance when it comes to dairy goods. Fresh milk is
described as thick and similar to regular cow's milk by many, and it is packaged in a manner that
adheres to all applicable hygienic standards. Almost all of the items are marketed to women, who
say that their job stress has lessened and that various ailments have been reduced as a result.
Healthcare systems have evolved throughout time in an effort to enhance people's overall well-
being (Sarker et al., 2018).

However, there is no substitute for basic hygiene when it comes to preventing the spread of bad
food, particularly milk. Dairy products provide essential nutrients that are difficult to get in low-
dairy or dairy-free diets, and for some people, it is impossible to meet recommended daily
calcium intakes without dairy. Dairy may be beneficial for bone health, but some people choose
not to include it in their diet because they believe it is harmful to health. This is especially true
for those who are overweight, suffer from lactose intolerance, have osteoarthritis or rheumatoid
joint inflammation, or are trying to avoid cardiovascular disease (Rozenberg et al., 2015).

Problem Statement

Customer satisfaction may or may not be affected by the three factors of physical aspects,
pricing, and payment; on certain instances, it may be influenced exclusively by the physical
aspect, payment method, and price. Loyalty is the first step toward a long-term commitment.
Dairy products are a staple in many households, and when they aren't readily available, many
people feel let down and frustrated. They don't seek for anything else and, in fact, go to different
grocery shops in search of the items they're looking for. As milk is a fundamental nutrition and a
complex structure that is vital to the human body, many people do not want to incur chances or
commit to a cheap and dangerous milk product.
Objectives

 The product's pricing and costs may be worked on by the organization.

 There aren't many cheese products that are a big hit in the business.
 In order to maintain consumer loyalty and happiness, the milk should be fresher.

Company Profile

Dairy farming in the Sultanate of Oman has never been easier with the opening of the Mazoon
Dairy Company. The company has a variety of facilities at its disposal, including a milking
parlour, a waste treatment plant and treatment facilities, as well as a processing plant and a
packing factory. When the factory is fully operating, it will create a wide variety of dairy
products for Oman and the surrounding area in a variety of tastes.

Spreading

Phase 1 of the dairy farm will house 6,500 cows and produce 170,000 litres of milk per day over
a three-year period, with the possibility of further development. Oman will gain more job
possibilities as a result of the project, which is on track to be 90 percent Omanised over the next
decade.

Energy Source

Alternative energy systems, such as biogas and solar electricity, will be included into the
integrated dairy project.
