Instructions for the students for Sessional Examinations

1. The students are self responsible for their belonging in the examination hall.
2. The students are not allowed to enter in the examination hall after the
commencement of examination.
3. The students can leave the examination hall only after the completion of one hour
of the commencement of Examinations.
4. In exam, programmable calculators are not allowed while scientific calculator can be
used by engineering students only.
5. Use of books, any other printed, hand written course material, mobile phones,
electronic gadgets etc. are prohibited in exam.
6. The students must carry their I-cards, stationery and water bottle along with them. They
are not allowed to interact with other students for the same.
7. Student must write their enrollment no. on the question paper in the beginning of exam.
They are not allowed to write anything on the question paper. If any student is found
using unfair means, his/her paper will be cancelled immediately and other disciplinary
action will be taken against them.
8. The students must carry their College ID Card, stationery, water bottle, Sanitizer &
Mask along with them. They are not allowed to interact with other students for the same.
9. Students must follow all the Covid-19 guidelines issued by Govt. of India. /Govt. of
Delhi.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF INVIGILATORS /EVALUATORS

1. The invigilators must report 15 Minutes before the commencement of the examination in the
Examination Cell.
2. Only faculty members who are assigned invigilation duty in the room should sign the answer sheets
given to the students after proper verification of all the entries made by them.
3. The respective invigilator should ensure that every student is seated in the allotted seat as per their
seating plan prepared by the Examination cell.
4. All entries must be verified on the Supplementary sheets (B sheet) by the invigilators assigned the
duty.
5. The invigilators must announce before exam that cell phone and wallet are not to be carried by the
students in the examination hall. They can keep their belongings in bag which may be kept in exam
hall/rooms.
6. Invigilator must submit all the papers (Attendance, B Copy statement) along with answer sheet (Roll
No. Wise) in the Examination Cell only after the completion of the examination.
7. Invigilators are instructed not to use mobile phones during the examination duty and keep the mobile
on silent mode only.
8. The students are not allowed to enter in the examination hall after the commencement of
examination.
9. The students can leave the Examination hall only after the completion of one hour (60 minutes) of the
commencement of examination.
10. Changes in the Question Paper are allowed only after permission given by Exam Cell.
11. Faculty must not leave exam room in any case while exam is going on.
12. No Swapping of duties is allowed by faculty/staff of their own.
13. For maintaining the confidentiality of the Examination, the question papers shall be sent to the
examination hall/rooms only. No faculty is allowed to either take photocopy or picture of the question
paper.
14. Faculty members must follow all the Covid-19 guidelines issued by Govt. of India. /Govt. of Delhi
