User research: Questions

meal planning?
2. How often do you a healthy order meals from a restaurant?
3. How many healthy options you see in the ordering process?
4. What challenges do you face in the ordering process? How does this make you feel?
5. Is there any way in which you feel these challenges could be resolved?
User research: summary

I want to understand common challenges people face trying to manage a busy schedule and meal planning. I want to identify frustrations people
experience during the process of ordering healthy food online. I conducted interviews and created empathy maps to understand the users I’m
designing for and their needs. A primary user group identified through research was adults who wants to save time by not cooking food or they don’t
know how to cook. The most important need is customisation of food. They want to customise their foods according to their taste and calories needs.

This user group is being tired of typical diet food fast and doesn’t like to throw food if ordered but hasn’t eat. Some user like to order all healthy meal
combo for a particular time along with tracking calories. A customisable meal which is combination of all desired nutritions.
Persona: Emily Cooper

Problem statement:
Emily is a fitness instructor
who prefers healthy diet and
vegetarian menu wants to
order high quality food. She
also wants to customise her
food.
