Notes:
1. Vendor to verify
2. The operating pressure of HP boiler feed water is: min: 56 barg / nor:58 barg / max:60barg.
3. For site & utility conditions refer to ESS for Basic Engineering Design Data 1232-DE-00-PR-ESS-101 / 001-DE-00-PR-ESS-101.
4. Number of desuperheaters: 2x100% (one in operation and one spare).
5. Mechanical design conditions:
MP steam inlet pressure: 24/F.V. barg
Temperature: 382 ⁰C
HP boiler feed water pressure: 80/F.V. barg
Temperature: 165 ⁰C

6. Each MP to LP pressure reduction&desuperheater package shall include at minimum:

1-Steam pressure reducing valve
2-Desuperheater devise
3-Desuperheating water control valve
4-All necessary instrumentation for safe operation
5-All interconnecting piping,valves and fittings between the components listed above.
7. To be verified by vendor according to each letdown station shall be designed with capacity of 37.8 ton/hr LP steam production.
8. Estimated flow rate is 2970 kg/hr, to be verified by vendor.
9. Maximum Sound Pressure Level shall be less than 85 dB(A) @ 1 m from the Package.
10. Integral type desuperheater is acceptable.
