"Just Eat Bd" is an online food delivery marketplace, connecting consumers and restaurants through its

platform in Bangladesh. They offer an online marketplace where supply and demand for food delivery
and order meet. As an online food delivery platform, "Just Eat BD" facilitates the online ordering,
payment and occasionally, fulfillment of orders. We utilize a hybrid model which builds on our
marketplace heritage (where restaurants do their own delivery) with logistics capability (for select
restaurants without their own delivery capabilities). This model ensures consumers have the widest
possible variety of restaurants to order from. Consumers can order via our mobile applications and our
website.

Value Proposition: Just Eat BD allows consumers to choose from wide variety of restaurants,
which creates value for its consumers. Moreover, this platform also allows many restaurants to
increase their profits as there will be many users who would order food from those restaurants
via the platform.

Customer Segment: Just Eat BD is mainly for the mass market. Anyone who wants to order food
for themselves or for any occasion can use this platform.

Channels: The main channels of Just Eat BD include their own website, mobile application, and
delivery vehicles. Moreover, they can also use social media such as Facebook to advertise and
promote their platform.

Customer Relationship: Just Eat BD can use many ways to improve their relationship with
customers. First of all, they can provide promo codes and discount offers. Moreover, they can
also use a referral program which would allow them to gain more customers. Another way of
maintain a positive relationship is by allowing users to provide feedbacks and reviews which
would be received by the customer care.

Key Activities: The key activities of Just Eat Bd include payment management, collaborating
with restaurants, processing orders, delivering meals, and maintaining customer care.

Key Partners: The key partners include restaurants, website managers, app developers, and
payment processors. Restaurants would be providing the food. Whereas, website managers and
app developers would keep on updating the website and the application. Lastly, Just Eat BD
requires a payment processing company which would help the platform to receive the payment.

Key Resources: The key resources of Just Eat BD include human resources which include the IT,
logistics, and the marketing team. These teams would help to keep the platform updated and
offer help us to promote Just Eat BD. Moreover, we also require an office from where we would
carry our business, and delivery vehicles which would help us to deliver the food.

Cost Structure: The costs of Just Eat Bd includes office rent, salaries of employees,
advertisement expenses, costs of purchasing delivery vehicles, and developing the website.

Revenue Stream: The revenue would mainly come from the sales of the meals from which the
platform would earn commission and the platform would also be able to earn revenue by
allowing advertisements on the website and application.

We would be using Mullins’ Seven domain model to analyze the feasibility of Just Eat Bd.

Market Domain:
If we look at the current macro market situation, there is a huge market in our country for online
food delivery. Due to the pandemic, people are now ordering food more from online. Moreover,
people are busier now which makes it difficult to cook food for themselves, thus more people are
now looking towards ordering food online.
If we look at the micro market scenario, Just Eat Bd would be allow restaurants to do their own
delivery. Moreover, they would also deliver food themselves. This helps to provide the widest
range of food option to customers,, which makes the platform a competitive advantage.

Industry Domain
In macro level, there are many competitors such as Hungrynaki, Foodpanda who have been been
for a long time now. This makes the industry highly competitive. Moreover, the technology is
available in our country which makes it easier for other people to enter the market. Moreover, the
restaurants, the key suppliers can increase the price of the food or reduce the quality, and this
might have an impact on the platform.
In micro level, our Unique selling proposition would be providing the widest range and variety
of restaurants to users. This feature would allow many users to user our product.
Team Domain
Just Eat Bd would need committer deliveryman who would be looking to deliver food in proper
time. Moreover, we would need to provide proper training to them so that they can be much
more efficient and they do not make mistakes such as misplacing the order. The website manager
and the app developer need to be experienced to provide a platform which would be easy to use
for users. Lastly, we need to ensure that mistakes like delivering the order in a bad state or
misplacing the order does not occur as this would be extremely costly for the platform.

would be using the VRIO model.
