restaurants without their own delivery capabilities). This model ensures consumers have the widest
possible variety of restaurants to order from. Consumers can order via our mobile applications and our
website.

for themselves or for any occasion can use this platform.
Channels: The main channels of Just Eat BD include their own website, mobile application, and
delivery vehicles. Moreover, they can also use social media such as Facebook to advertise and
promote their platform.

customers. First of all, they can provide promo codes and discount offers. Moreover, they can
also use a referral program which would allow them to gain more customers. Another way of

now looking towards ordering food online.
If we look at the micro market scenario, Just Eat Bd would be allow restaurants to do their own
delivery. Moreover, they would also deliver food themselves. This helps to provide the widest
range of food option to customers,, which makes the platform a competitive advantage.
Industry Domain
In macro level, there are many competitors such as Hungrynaki, Foodpanda who have been been
for a long time now. This makes the industry highly competitive. Moreover, the technology is
available in our country which makes it easier for other people to enter the market. Moreover, the
restaurants, the key suppliers can increase the price of the food or reduce the quality, and this
might have an impact on the platform.
In micro level, our Unique selling proposition would be providing the widest range and variety
of restaurants to users. This feature would allow many users to user our product.
Team Domain
Just Eat Bd would need committer deliveryman who would be looking to deliver food in proper
time. Moreover, we would need to provide proper training to them so that they can be much
more efficient and they do not make mistakes such as misplacing the order. The website manager
and the app developer need to be experienced to provide a platform which would be easy to use
for users. Lastly, we need to ensure that mistakes like delivering the order in a bad state or
misplacing the order does not occur as this would be extremely costly for the platform.
