    C. Terms and condition:


     All Price 15% Vat & Taxes Excluded.
     All payments will be done by crossed cheque, in favour of “IES-INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
    SERVICES.”
     Clint will arrange proper surface cleaning before NDT testing.
     Any Unforeseen/casual assistance required on the spot will be arranged by Client.
     At least of 10 working days Need is required for arranging services.
     Formal Purchase order is required.
     Accommodation, food will be provided by IES.
     The Quotation is valid for 06 months from the date of submission of proposal and subject to
    revision after wards.
