Good day,

I was informed that there was a vacancy in your office for the post of a financial
assistant. If this is so, I wish to offer myself as a candidate for the post position.

I believe I meet all the requirements listed in your advertisement. I have strong
financial assistant abilities, including maintaining financial records, strong
analytical skills, knowledgeable in MS excel and accounting software and
suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency and reducing cost.

For further consideration, I recently obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business


Administration major in Finance from Mountain Province State Polytechnic
College. As in this major, I have acquainted myself in range of skills that would
enable me to blend into organizational culture. My internship at your office
provided me some of my experience on establishing and implementing
administrative policies and procedures for the office, reviewing and evaluating
compliance to legal requirements and providing general administrative support
to colleagues.

I have attached my resume for your review and this should give you some idea of
my educational qualification and experience. I would like to work at your office
and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this position with you in person.
