Alliance Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to offer you the full-time position of Civil Engineer
at our office in Ahmedabad, Gujrat.
The tax deduction for Leave travel allowance will be per applicable government rules &
employee must furnish receipts/bills for LTA & books/ journals to avail these deductions.
Employee must furnish receipt/bills for uniform reimbursement to avail the benefit.
Benefits:
• 15 days of paid vacation annually accrued at 1.25 days per month after completion
of probation period.
• Monthly PF contribution per applicable government norms.
• One-Month salary as annual bonus paid in 2-instalments. Please note bonus is
based on employee performance & overall profitability of the company. To
receive the bonus the employee must be on-roll with the company at the time
of disbursement of bonus.

All employees will work on probation for the first 03 months. This period is intended to give opportunity
to demonstrate their ability to achieve a satisfactory level of performance and to determine whether the new
position meets their expectations. The Company uses this period to evaluate capabilities, work habits, and
overall performance of the member.
PERSONAL CONDUCT
Every employee is always expected to conduct oneself in a proper manner while at work and observe all
rules and regulations to promote harmonious relationship and conductive work environment.
You will be required to sign an Employee Proprietary Information Agreement, on completion of your
probationary period containing provisions binding you to confidentiality with respect to proprietary
information, trade secrets, customer lists and other private company data, and restricting your post
employment contacts with customers, partners, and joint ventures of the Company.
NON-DISCLOSURE/CONFIDENTIALITY
All members are required to maintain company information in strict confidence. This policy benefits you, as
a employee, by protecting the interests of The Company in the safeguard of confidential, unique and valuable
information from others.
The protection of confidential business information and secrets is vital to the interests and success of
company. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:
• Compensation data,

• Pending projects and proposals,
• Conversations between any persons associated with the company.
Employees who improperly use or disclose secrets or confidential business information will be subject to
disciplinary action, including termination, even if they do not actually benefit from the disclosed information.
Termination of Employment
In case you desire to terminate the employment relationship with the company before reaching the
retirement age, kindly notify your manager in writing with proper notice period.
The employment between the company and the employee can be terminated by either party by giving one
month’s notice on confirmation. The company at its discretion can relieve you before the expiry of notice
period by paying you in lieu of it. Upon resignation you shall serve one month notice period on acceptance.
You can be relieved before the expiry of the notice period on approval, but you shall pay amount in lieu of
the leftover notice period on pro-rata basis. The approval for relieving before the expiry of notice period will
be at the discretion of management & will be reviewed case to case basis.
Employees sent on overseas travel are not permitted to resign from the job.
After acceptance of the separation notice, an exit interview may be scheduled for the outgoing employee
with his/her manager or Human Resources Department.
