This is your e-ticket and itinerary. You will need this document to be available on your mobile phone or have a printout of it. For travel
within India, it is mandatory to carry a government-issued photo ID such as valid passport, driving license or Aadhaar card to enter the
airport. For travel outside India, please carry a valid passport.
All customers are required to web check-in and self-print their boarding card as per government directive and are required to fill a
mandatory self-declaration form before web check-in and travel. Online Check-in is available between 48 and 2 hours prior to
scheduled departure for domestic flights and 96 hours prior for international flights.
Please note that our check-in counters will close 60 minutes prior to flight departure for domestic flights originating from Delhi,
Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai airport. The counter closes 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure for
domestic flights from all other airports. For international flights, check-in counters will open 3 hours prior and close 1 hour prior to
scheduled departure.

(1) OK = confirm (2) NVB = Not valid before (3) NVA = Not valid after (4) Each passenger can check in a specific amount of baggage at no extra
cost as indicated above in the column baggage. Each piece of baggage may not exceed 32 kilos.
International credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets will have to be produced at the time of check-in. If the holder of the credit card is not traveling,
then the traveling party should possess the following:
a) A photocopy of both sides of the credit card, which will have to be self-attested by the credit card holder, authorizing the use of the credit/debit card
for the purchase of the ticket. For security reasons, please strike out the Credit Valid Verification (CVV) number on the copy of your credit card.
b) This photocopy should also contain the name of the traveling party, date of journey & the sector on which the journey is made.
The above document MUST be produced at the time of check-in. If the customer fails to comply with these conditions, Vistara reserves the right to deny
boarding.

b) Cancellations or changes can be made up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for travel within India and up to 24
hours of departure for travel outside India.
c) The cancellation and change fee will differ as per the fare type booked by you. More information about the fare types can be found

d) If a no-show ticket is processed for any changes or refund, then penalties for changes or refund will be applicable in addition to the
no-show charge. Lower of airfare or no-show fee is forfeited; taxes are always fully refundable.

The carriage of certain hazardous materials, like aerosols, fireworks, and flammable liquids, aboard the aircraft is forbidden. If you do not understand
these restrictions, further information may be obtained from your airline.
Customers can carry only 1 piece of hand baggage weighing 7 kg in Economy Class, 10 kg in Premium Economy and 12 kg in
Business Class, for travel within and outside India.
Excess Baggage:
If any connection is beyond 48 hours, then the baggage allowance for the corresponding sector will apply as shown on the document,
irrespective of the rest of the itinerary.
Passengers travelling on Vistara, to and from international destinations with our interline/codeshare partners on a single document
(that is, a single ticket mentions the origin point and the final destination including any transit points), will be offered the same
baggage allowance end-to-end as mentioned on their International ticket, regardless of whether it is on weight or as per piece concept
as long as all the connections are within 24 hours. Post 24 hrs the baggage allowance for the corresponding sector will apply as
shown on the document, irrespective of the rest of the itinerary.
Note:
For infant customers with international connection on the same ticket – Checked-in Baggage allowance is as per their international
ticket (depending on the type of document/ticket).
These charges are applicable on Vistara sectors only.
