DESCRIPTION & SCHEDULE OF WORKS


Task:  Installation of prefabricated 6” and 12” HDPE Spools
 Installation of Support for Cyclone
 welding of support for 12” HDPE Spools
Quantities  6” HDPE spool– 8 pcs
 12” HDPE spool – 2 pcs
 Support for Cyclone – 1 pc
 Support for 12” HDPE spool – 1 pc
Starting Time: 7:00am
Duration of work per 10 hrs

WORKS EXECUTION

Sequence of Operation 1. Support existing spools with chain and lever blocks
2. Unscrew existing bolts and nuts
3. Lower spools to the ground
4. Inspect faces of flanges for damages
5. Hoist new spools to position
6. Align holes of new and existing flanges
7. Insert Gaskets
8. Install bolts
9. Fasten Bolts
10. Bolt Tightening Inspection
