ORDER:
Administrative approval was accorded vide T.O.O (CE-Transmission) Ms.No.146, Dt.07.10.2017 for
the procurement / execution of substations materials & related works, Transmission line materials / related
works and Civil works for an Amount of Rs. 50.11 Crores required for replacing the aged/obsolete
equipments & strengthening/ improvement works in Sub-stations & Transmission lines under Renovation &
Modernization Scheme during each Financial year FY:2017-18, F.Y:2018-19 (Total value Rs.100.22 Crores)

2) In the above Administrative approval, Sub-station wise budget was allocated for Metal Spreading and
associated works for 33 Nos. of various substations for an Amount Rs.952.00 Lakhs during F.Y:2017-18 and
that of Rs.1199.00 Lakhs for 48 Nos. of Substations during F.Y:2018-19, as annexed at V (A) & V (B) based
on the Chief Engineer / Civil proposal Dt.09.08.2017.

3) While preparing the working Estimates for Metal Spreading along with certain associated works for
the pre-defined Substations of the T.O.O, value of the Estimates are exceeding for some Substations and for
some substations the estimated cost is decreasing. Hence, budget from other resources are to be provided.
But, in SAP, it is becoming difficult, in mapping, the 2 types of budgets to a single work in toto.

4) In addition to the above, the estimated value of the 132 KV Chandrayanagutta – Imlibun – DC line
value also increased to Rs.163.00 Lakhs from Rs.141.00 Lakhs

5) In view of the above and for easy processing of the estimates in the SAP, circle wise Budget is
proposed to the Annexure V (A) and V(B) of Administrative Approval issued vide T.O.O.( CE-Transmission)
Ms.146, Dt.07.10.2017, duly un-altering the total budget of the Administrative approval for an amount of
Rs.50.11 Crores, during each F.Y: 2017-18, 2018-19 as detailed below.
