Objectives:
The Cebu Technological University Moalboal Campus committed to initiate the Livelihood Training Cooperative Project in the community of Vitali in order to address and alleviate the low income and nonincome earners of the people specifically the men, women and youth in the said locality.
The said program aims to: Provide income generating to all the men, women and youth in the community. Access their different skills and knowledge in the areas of Electricity, Culinary and Carpentry using the available resources in the community. Provide scholarship grants to the sons and daughters of the members who are in need.
as the leading institution will help assess their skills and develop through training the people of Vitali especially the low income and non-income earners. The program Livelihood Training Cooperative Project will focuses on the three aspects: Electricity, Cooking and Carpentry which could be useful in dealing with lifelike situations.
Description of the The training on Electricity is Program trouble focused in electrical safety and shop practices, shooting techniques,
guidelines of Line to Ground Circuit System, measuring electrical quantities using electrical instruments, diagramming, assembling and lamp troubleshooting and basic wiring installation. Carpentry training on the other hand focused Woodwork joints, Wood turning, Wood Framing, Furniture Moulding, Wood Carving and Wood-Block Printing & Engraving.
is focused on skills culinary clues, fish products, breads, cakes and pastries, poultry and meat, fruits and vegetables, salads and salad dressings, food safety, food menu and costing.
Procedural Aspects:
The training program is to be implemented by the CTU - Moalboal, Cebu Campus to the community residents of Vitali, Zamboanga City as the beneficiaries, offers ample means which in one way or another could contribute to the improvement of the socio-economic development of the community.
Procedural Aspects:
The training will be conducted eight (8) hours during Saturdays and Sundays for a total of 15 days or 120 hours from 8:00 am to 12:00 nn and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. There will be one (1) hired trainer and two (2) assistance for each training programs.

The Barangay Vitali Covered Court will be the holding area of the said training. This is also in collaboration with the different barangay officials. In Carpentry Training, the proponents will link to lumber yard in the locality for the support of woods. Participants can also bring lumber of their own.
