Performance Task 1. Trace your root from both mother and father side to create a family tree up to three
generations. Write interesting things about the origin and race of your family using creative, artistic and
comprehensive graphic organizer. Your output can either be printed or not on an A4-sized bond paper.

Performance Task 2. LIT AND ART. If you had a superpower and you were given the chance to make
your ideal Philippines, what would it be? Draw your creation on an A4-sized bond paper and color it.
Write a simple paragraph to explain your drawing at the back portion.
