Duties and responsibilities:
Conducting research and route planning, taking into consideration the kind of documents being
transported, the distance involved with regards to the final delivery time.
To translate documents from English to French and from Swahili to French or vice versa
To coordinate the body of directors with businessmen or with government authorities
To consult the body of directors on how to select the business partners
Arranging for the timely pick-up of freight and organizing or coordinate transport between
intermediate destination (logistics)
To make payments and process transactions such as freight charges on behalf of Organization
To deliver payment transfers to the bank and/or the suppliers
To distribute mail as needed, both incoming and outgoing
