Greetings!
This is to respectfully appeal from your good office that Mrs Mechel Joy B. Gare -
Costamero will be retained as Secondary School Teacher I of Sta. Maria National High
school to wit:
1. Mechel Joy B. Gare is a replacement vice Haide G. Magalona as per enclosed

agreement by and between Mr. Daniel M. Espares, Principal I, Sta. Maria
National High School and Mrs. Haide G. Magalona, TIC of Trento National High
School-San Isidro Annex duly approved by Crucita ZM. Taala, Schools Division
Superintendent.
2. Based on enrolment Sta. Maria National High School is a need of fourteen (14)
teachers, however, only eleven (11) are actually working including Mechel Joy B.
Gare and Mrs. Merla C. Robles the newly designated Teacher In-Charge of
Trento National High School-San Roque Annex.
3. Her specialization is direly needed in this institution.
4. Enclosed herewith is the Order of Assignment of Mrs. Merla C. Robles for your
immediate reference.

This is to officially express my intent to be transferred to Sta. Maria National High School, Sta.
Maria, Trento, Agusan del Sur. I have been a loyal and hardworking employee of our department
for the last seven (7) years. The school where my plantilla belong was already separated or
nationalized since this is an annex of Trento National High School.
In point of fact, I have been teaching in Sta. Maria National High School since 2008 as
Provincial Paid until my official appointment with Item No. TCH1-1020367-2011 released on
July 1, 2011 and changed my route to TNHS – San Isidro Annex. The following year, my item
was borrowed that brought me back to my alma mater – Sta. Maria National High School for the
school was in need of my services in replace to the promoted Mrs. Haide G. Magalona, Teacher
III of Sta. Maria National High School as TIC of TNHS – San Isidro Annex. This arrangement
was duly approved by the two School Heads, the Cluster Head of Trento and the Schools
Division Superintendent. As a matter of fact, I am still rendering my services in Sta. Maria
National High School handling English 9 and 10 and EsP 10 and at the same time as School
Paper Adviser in English.
Considering the means of transportation, I have my difficulty in terms of commuting daily since
travel time takes 30 minutes and vice versa with a single motorcycle through a rough barangay
road. Moreover, the reason for this request is to be able to give more time for my family after
work since I am newlywed, such transfer is beneficial not only for my family’s but for my
student’s well – being.

the said item since the school does not need the item anymore and that such transfer
will not affect the teacher requirement of our school.
