    new and emerging technology in chromatography.
    Background
    Liquid Chromatography (LC) is a separation
    technique which use liquid as mobile phase.
    Present day Liquid Chromatography generally
    utilizes very small packing particles and a relatively
    high pressure is referred to as High Performance
    Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) .
    HPLC is commonly used for separation, identification,
    purification and quantification of chemical constituents.
    The market for HPLC continues to be one of the
    most dynamic markets of the analytical instruments
    industry. The most advanced system of liquid
    chromatography is Ultra High Performance Liquid
    Chromatography (UHPLC). UHPLC is designed to
    take full advantage of smaller particles, which yield
    higher resolution and increased sensitivity. UHPLC
    delivers important benefits-faster runs, better
    resolution, and lower operating costs.
