As a onsite Application Migration Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead, I am responsible for overall implementation and delivery of the Migration of Clients current Mainframe based applications to System I. This applications migration is a major project undertaken by our client Allied Holdings(basically a Travel and Transportation Company carrying the newly manufactured as well as old cars from the plant location to the dealers across US, Canada and Mexico) as a part of cost reduction strategy to face the challenges of competition in the market.
