    CONSTRUCTIONAL DETIALS

    The Furnace will be fabricated out of thicker section MS Angle/’c’


    channel/heavy duty Angles and 4.mm. thick outer shell with necessary welding and
    screw joints wherever necessary. Base support 4” channel provided as
    reinforcement construction frame for perfect support and seating. The front plate
    will be 16.mm thick bolted type provided for future any maintenance work. The
    Furnace is best designed L.P.G Automatic heating system with 11” wall thick high
    quality 128-grade ceramic fiber blanket backup insulation provided to reduce heat
    loss to the minimum level for the high Life to the Furnace.

    DOOR ARRANGEMENT

    The Furnace Door designed for easy operating system with manual (open/ closing
    operating hinge type system provided. The furnace door insulated with tightly
    packed 128. Grade ceramic insulation provided between both side of the inner
    chamber and outer casing. There will be Manual hinge type doors provided for
    inspection and safety purpose.

    TROLLEY

    There will be one number heavy-duty Trolley with 6.no’s plumber block fitted
    drive shaft and 12.no’s heavy duty wheels provided for easy to move (friction free)
    Heavy duty rails connected with 5.HP.geared motor drive system provided for
    30.ton material load holding purpose. Trolley drive link connected with heavy-
    duty duplex chain and suitable sprocket system provided.

    HEATING SYSTEM

    There will be 6 no’s high quality imported make L.P.G Automatic Burner provided at
    opposite directional and eccentric type assembly with pipe lining work done. And other
    accessories like attached platform and necessary fittings attached with this furnace to easy to
    handle and trouble free working mode.
    BLOWER ASSOMBLY

    There will be 0ne number duel impeller heavy duty blower with 7.5.hp.reputed make
    motor connected with powerful double layer (high & low pressure) pipeline assembly and
    necessary valves provided to set the flame controlling and temperature uniformity.

    CONTROL PANEL

    There will be 1 no separate mounding type control panel made out of mild steel furnished
    with all switch gear items wired neatly with PVC insulated copper conductor. Automatic
    temperature controlling system and provision for temperature recorder provided.

    CHIMNEY  

    There will be 1 no Chimney with Brick lining insulation provided at the Backside of the
    Furnace. Bottom & side hole type construction provided inner chamber with damper control
    provided for temperature uniformity.

    PAINTINGS

    The furnace neatly painted with heat resistant Epoxy paint after two coats of Epoxy primer and
    control panel will be powder coated.

    Performa invoice - before. Delivery balance after
    Erection and commissioning
    Inspection: Pre-Delivery Inspection can be done at our works by

    Guarantee: We stand guaranty for one year from the date of supply
    against any manufacturing defect, in case you trace any defect during
    this period the Same Will be rectified by us at free of cost.
