CPR Regulation For cables used in public areas

The new European Regulation for copper and fiber cables products
(CPR) became effective July 1, 2017.

For that, its supposed that all products installed in public area beginning
from normal offices and residential buildings ending with airport, health
facilities ,and schools should have a degree of CPR class based on each
country regulation.

Elsewedy Cables started by installing a new state of art testing

equipment in order to classify its current portfolio of copper and fiber
cables utilizing the approved notified Bodies and therefore ensuring
compliance to the requirements of the Construction Products Regulation
(CPR).
