studies. Those included in this chapter help in familiarizing oneself with information that
is relevant and similar to the current study.

to justify the relevance of the proposed system application. The above-mentioned
literatures are related to the proponents of the proposed system application in terms of
customer relationship management (CRM) and employee monitoring. According to the

majority of the authors, having a well-monitored employee activity and implementing
proper customer relationship management can help a business grow and succeed. These
literatures gave the researchers ideas for how to engage with and develop the proposed
system application.

Android-Based Classroom Monitoring System for Teacher Using QR Code

of Quick Response Code (QR code) technology to improve and speed up the process of
taking teachers' attendances. The system is divided into two views: the user view, which
is the mobile app used by the assigned beadle, and the admin view, which is the web-
based attendance for teachers using QR codes. The use of this application will assist
teachers in their daily monitoring of classes as well as their attendance in real time.
Synthesis
System advancement provides businesses with opportunities for growth and
development. Because of the evolving technology worldwide, the review of authors in the
studies has been considering the related in this research CRM, mobile application, and
using emerging technologies platforms to business growth. Furthermore, it is
acknowledged that CRM, mobile applications, and the use of emerging technologies are
excellent tools for improving business. The review of both related studies greatly assists
proponents in developing the proposed system.
