    a) Place of visit: Mahalaxmi Nagar, Rajarampuri Kolhapur.


    b) Date and Time: 26 Feb, 2022, At 10.30 AM

    INTRODUCTION:

    In Kolhapur, Dr. Rajesh Patil (Mahalaxmi hospital) is a recognized name in patient care. They
    are one of the well-known hospital in Rajarampuri. Backed with a vision to offer the best in
    patient care and equipped with the technology advanced healthcare facilities, they are the one of
    the upcoming name in the health care industry. Located in, this hospital is easily accessible by
    various means of transport. A team of well-trained medical staff, nonmedical staff and
    experienced clinical technicians work round the clock to offer various services make them a
    sought after hospitals in Kolhapur. A team of doctors on board including specialist are equipped
    with the knowledge and expertise for handling various types of medical care. At mahalaxmi
    hospital various modes of payment accepted.

    1932/A , 12TH Lane , near vijay pustakalay , mahalaxmi nagar, rajarampuri Kolhapur.

    c)Pharmacist (2): To provide medical assistance to other.

    EQUIPMENTS:

    a) ECG machine: To monitor heart rate.


    b) X-Ray machine: To diagnose, monitor and treat many medical condition.
    c) Glucometer: To check blood sugar level.
    d) Sonography: To monitor the development of the uterus and fetus.
    e) Ventilator: To help sick patient to breath.
