    Dear Mesdames:

    Greetings.

    This is to formalize my intent to apply for a Jollibee franchise. Please allow me to introduce
    myself. I am a person of good standing in our community, a self-driven entrepreneur who has
    been engaged in various businesses including the operation of my own ala carte restaurant
    for more than twenty (20) years. I believe that I have the experience, proper attitude,
    management skills, time and passion to operate a Jollibee franchise.

    I intend to put up the restaurant at Don Victoriano Salcedo St., Sara, Iloilo. The location is in
    front of the Sara Public Market right at the center of commercial activity. Sara is a
    municipality in the Province of Iloilo with a population of 46,889 people according to the 2010
    census. It is the economic hub of Northern Iloilo and is located in the crossroads of five (5)
    towns with a combined population of 209,230, Lemery, Ajuy, San Dionisio, Concepcion, and
    Batad. Once my application is approved, Jollibee will be the first major franchise in our area.
