    5. How the leaders in the organization practice ethical decision making?

    Once the question has been conducted, you will submit the paper based on the

    1. Company Background-nature and form of business organization, mission and vision,


    and the products.
    2. Company’s Corporate Culture- certain practices that make up the corporate culture.
    3. Company’s Code of Conduct- The organizations Code of Conduct and its highlights.
    4. Ethical Leadership in the company- how do leaders and managers ensure that
    everyone practices ethical decision-making.
