Briefly introduction
In Wholesale business all we have to do is to sell someone else’s established brand’s
products which is already being sold on Amazon and me too with their listings

requirements
a) amazon seller central account (in start it should be individual than after company formation
convert it to Professional Account)
b) address (virtual for foreigners and should be same for amazon account and in LTD)
c) phone number (virtual for foreigners)
d) business bank account either PayPal or any other professional bank account (virtual banks are also
accepted)
e) LTD (limited company)
f) Domain
g) Ecommerce website
h) VAT (A Value-Added Tax invoice is a document issued by a VAT registered person or entity. VAT
invoice sets out the details of a taxable supply and all related information as prescribed by VAT law.)

Requirements to create amazon individual account

1. Separate email
2. Separate Uk phone number (Uk virtual number for foreigners)
3. Uk Address which is used in LTD formation and bank statement (Uk virtual address for foreigners)
4. Driving license/passport
5. Credit Card
6. Bank Statement

Make sure that use same address for bank statement, LTD formation and amazon account creation

• Domain (aka webmail is required to contact the brand professionally). Costs $13 - $19
yearly subscription fee

• Phone number costs $15 yearly subscription fee (you can get it by downloading vyke or
skype)

• Virtual Address: $25-$125 (personal) and $150-$250 (business) yearly subscription fee

• When an Individual account is verified, register your LTD company at


https://www.gov.uk/limited-company-formation/register-your-company it will cost $15.79
OR hire someone to do it for you his/her charges will be around $70 to register your LTD
company.

• Once the Company Registration process is completed, you have to convert an Individual
Account to Professional Account. It takes some time to verify your account. When it is
verified, Amazon will deduct $40 monthly subscription fee from your bank account
